Sales

Ken Bellero is the President of Schaffner EMC Inc. and is responsible for the business in the Americas. Together with his team of experienced regional sales application managers & distribution managers, they serve not only direct customers but an extensive network of sales representatives as well as a vital piece of the sales channel … our electronic distribution network.

Sales Administration

The sales administration organization excels in customer service by promptly answering customer inquiries through various channels. They efficiently handle customer orders and payments. They also update records, manage stock, arrange deliveries, and offer after-sales support.

Finance

The finance team takes charge of financial planning, accounting, forecasting, and reporting within the sales organization. They are also responsible for managing financial risks, particularly those related to inventory management. The finance team collaborates closely with all other functions and is the link to our headquarters to ensure financial stability.

Warehouse

The warehouse acts as a central hub, overseeing inventory control, receiving, dispatching orders, and managing the flow of materials and products between production and distribution channels. Our facility also provides space for safety stock for many of our key direct customers.

Sample Center

A team of dedicated EMC Engineers enables our customers to test and validate product performance, functionality, and quality, leading to the development of new and improved products as well as customer specific solutions.
