Markus Zenhäusern, member of the Board of Directors of Schaffner Holding AG, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012, following a serious illness, his family announced on Monday.
Markus Zenhäusern was elected to the Board of Directors of Schaffner Holding AG at the 2008 Annual General Meeting, and re-elected for a further term through 2015 at the 16th Annual General Meeting in January 2012. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee of Schaffner Holding AG, comprising himself, Daniel Hirschi (Chairman of the Board of Directors), and Georg Wechsler (member of the Board of Directors).
